Alternative Limit Switch Housing for Z-axis

I designed an additional alternative Limit Switch Housing for 3D print. It fits directly into the Z guide profile with the existing M5 x 8 screws and hammer nuts, the slots leave room for adjustment. The switch sits tight in the housing. The cable enters on the top side. The lid is screwed onto the housing with two M3 countersunk screws (thread in the housing is 3D printed as well). The original stop corner from Sorotec must also be replaced by the one included here in another version which is 4mm shorter. Printed in ABS on a Prusa MK3S.

  • Version 1.0.0c

When using this Limit Switch Housing on the Z-axis the original Sorotec end stop must be replaced by this one, which is 4mm shorter. Otherwise the housing will crash into the end stop.

  • Version 1.0.0b

The lid for the Limit Switch Housing Z-axis. This version is closed.

  • Version 1.0.0a

The lid for the Limit Switch Housing for Z-axis. This version has two holes that allow positioning while the lid is screwed on.
